I have friends on PS3 and 360 that still havent been reset/suspended for doing the prestige token glitch. Are suspensions still being handed out? or has IW/Beachead stopped suspending people?

Also ive noticed some ELITE founders/premium members have escaped being reset/suspended so far too, does having premium elite somehow give you a reprieve or second chance?

Just wondering if anyone knows
