Well XBOX360 gets everything a month early... lol (kidding?)

This is a good question. I just have faith that offenders will be dealt with, eventually.  It does not affect my gameplay so I am not worried.

I've looked at the leader boards and there does seem to be some evidence of 'stat resets'. There was one guy pretty high up on the leader boards who had a little over 9 days of play time but was at a level 46 (no prestige), no way he'd be a 46 unless he got the hammer. Peppered throughout the boards are people with such ranks vs. play time. 

Caught a couple of boosters tonight. Noticed one I had reported a few weeks ago so took a photo of final leaderboard to see if he was still same rank or higher.

First time I caught them they were p10/r75 but tonight they were p10/r38 so it does look like they are resetting them.

Isn't it third strike and your out? I hope so, would be great to see them all crying over a permanent ban.
