i think they should lighten up just because all these other sucky players want to cry because they say people who glitch have more of an advantage of winning ugh hmm NO theres no one shot kill weapon or aimbot weapon or nothing like that you still have to rank up that weapon regardless of how many you have over the other person you guys just suck and i think its completely unfair to punish consumers for the lack and lazyness of activision & infiniti ward's mistakes. they need to upgrade they're monitoring systems, servers, and security to avoid all these glitches that they left in there period and for token glitch its unfair to to give people 10000 deaths and 1000 losses it should of just been a complete stat erase to 0 everything call me whatever you guys like i have never been banned or done any of these nonsense stuff others have done but i dont think the majority of users should be punished for the publishers mistakes. do us all a favor and please for once make a game thats fully functional so all these losers can stop crying.

IW are doing a good job at the moment but the problem is it wont last long. They wont keep spending money on looking for and punnishing glitchers because at the end of the day they are still a buisness and whats the point of dipping into your profits when you are no longer making money from the game

i believe they should keep it the way it is. people who play this game KNOW its against the rules yet they do it anyway and then try to get out of a ban saying they didnt know. how could you NOT know? glitching of any form has ALWAYS been against the rules and bannable.
if there were any stricter punishment, i would say to make it where it was almost impossible to make their k/d positive again. i know people are already at 10,000 deaths, but give them enough time, camping and dashboarding, they will get past that number in no time.
IMO, they should do away with the leaderboards altogether. why bother keeping them? that is the main reason people do this crap. i stopped caring about the leaderboard at the end of COD4 and at the beginning of MW2 cuz all people cared about was boosting their k/d and not even bothering with teamwork. im not saying that getting rid of the leaderboard will solve this problem, but it sure will help. and get rid of the lobby leaderboard as well as the in-game k/d. that way less people would be trying to act like a smartass at the end of every match.
but as i said, the punishment is fine, the only way i could see it being better is if they got more then 10,000 deaths.

At first I thought it was about right but now I'm convinced it isn't hard enough. If the glitchers came on here and said they were sorry, they admit to cheating, they accepted the punishment and promise they would never ever do it again then fair enough but they haven't. The vast majority have just kicked off and argued it's the fault of everyone else instead of their own, they have learnt nothing and will surely do it again at the first chance.

lighten up on punishment?!!? are you ******* joking? honestly..
They are too easy on people.... and by the countless high prestigers on brand new gamertags you see online, none of it works anyways...
how about actually preventing these issues rather then worrying about how to punish the countless people that live to exploit their shitty coding...

What are you all expecting a Death Sentance.
If they done it they done it got caught and a BAN from Xbox live all stats reset.
Its only a game some people take it far too serious like real life. Now am not supporting cheaters but they should not be allowed to do it in the first place simple as.

Their punishment is fine, but they need to be more actively seeking out the cheaters.

I think they should keep the zero tolerance policy. And as far as someone stating it will not last long that is what elite is for. It covers all cod games and it is much easier for them to find and ban. Not to mention MS gave them full rights to punish without question.

I'd like to see them also get a title they cant remove, something like booster or glitcher, or even cheater.
that way i can just avoid them also.
