anyone?
No just straight forward 48 hour ban and all stats reset apart from losses and deaths lol
Microsoft, Infinity Ward, Activision, and Robert Bowling are taking this bullshit way to serious. I honestly have to say that they should be thanking them, not punishing them, and on top of all that the glitches that were found didnt even make those ppl better.

They are banning in order to show that they actually do stop cheaters. If Treyarch hadn't shown the community that a dev really cares (systems in black ops to ban hackers etc) IW wouldn't have even bothered with this.
Inconceivable!
You know, you may just have a thought for some people who really abuse these glitches fairly badly
They are thanking people for doing the glitch, by letting them start the game over.
Using the glitch is not something you praise someone for when they Read and Agreed to the MS Terms of Use and all the related documentation that they would NOT exploit the game.
You tell your kid not to eat the cookies on the table and he agrees. Well if he disobeys your rule then you dont tell him he was a good boy and give him a party. You punish him for not only doing the act but also for lying when he agreed with you.
People need to stop saying "you agreed to the terms of use" or whatever.. NOBODY READS THEM! Unless your a freak who has nothing to do except for read a whole damn book about what its about..
You're not at fault because you don't read what you agree to? O.O someone file a lawsuit for all these banned babies. They forgot to read. No one taught them XD. Wasn't there a espisode about this uggg....the Ipod centipad on south park LOL.
The youth of today...
Ignorance is never an excuse. If you break a law and you didn't know you broke it that doesn't prevent you from being prosecuted.
I bolded the key part for the people who are too lazy to read.
Who cares if you think "nobody reads them" ? YOU should. Any idiot would ignore reading at least they key points of a contract, especially when your money is at stake.
Well the people that got banned are kicking themselves in the butt right now for getting permabanned from live because they never read them. And their dads are probably mad too since the DAD should have read it to watch over his children. Look how many stupid parents post on the MS ban forums "Your kidding me right ? You ban people for cheating or modding and Avatar !" Because they were to lazy or stupid to read. NMow thats 500 bucks down the drain..
I didnt read them for two months then I just skimmed the parts that were relevant.
fact is, you agreed that you read them when you clicked "I agree" so you cant claim to Microsoft, your mom, your dog, your lawyer that you didnt because you SAID you did. Then if in the chance a lawyer DID take them to court then you would purjer yourself in court and be stuck with you lawyers fees, Microsofts court fees, and a big fat fine.
Its people like you that blame someone else for your mistake because you not only have no morals you also could just read about ten sentences easily readable on the code of conduct.
If anyone comes in here repeating the same old story "It wasnt my fault" then we are going to keep on repeating it.
It might be easier for you to say "stop coming in here and blaming others for your knowingly glitching the game."
I even bolded the key part for the people who are too lazy to read.
I think you'll find that ignorance is not a defence.
Most people don't know this but if you have signed up for elite they can view if you have negative tokens. So if you contact them about an issue and they see that your extra negative, then assume a temp ban as well. You really can't accidentally do the glitch either.
Always somebody elses fault, effing scrubs
