I assume youre talkin to tnutz.

He doesnt understand that Xbox Live policy states a player has rights even IF they were boosting. Hes violating those right by publicly posting their GTs.

That in itself is a MS XBL violation that falls under not only stalking but also harassment.

Since his name seems to be the photobucket name as well as the facebook name he can still get in trouble with them.

Al they gotta do is match any gamertag under that name and find a game with the players GTs from the pictures.

I got tired of telling him so I made a few calls. They said they will respond accordingly on the MS side for a harassment warning if the Gamertag matches with those players.

Too bad he didnt listen.

Anyway if you WERE talking to Tnutz great. If not just disregard this.

As for Microsoft you are on your own. They dont have to say specifically "do not post Gamertags on website to create turmoil for the player". The way it is worded is more like "including but not limited to" They dont specify everything such as...

You are opening the door for others to harass those players.

Don't give out personal information of other players in any way (including, without limitation, through voice chat or the names you create for your gamertag or mottos).

As I already said. You posted an Activision forum violation. all other points dont matter past that point.
