It is a powerful killstreak that even counters itself. You can't stop someone who is running it since Support doesn't reset.

I find it too easy, though I run it on plenty of classes since it can help stop the radar whores.

You also got to add in that playing in hectic games like DOM, a player can have a EMP in no time. Flag caps, kills, and if he has Hardline Pro, assists.

It is nothing wrong with what it does, it is how fast it is to reach to and how simple it is to earn it.

I think the EMP and BOMBERS is fine.....Getting sick of these playerss lying on ground waiting for someone to come round a corner or through a door way just to boost there assualt  kill streak anyone can camp to get assualt kill streaks....I Get great pleasure stopping someones camped pavelow or AC130.......EMP down it comes.....You need to use your killstreaks at the correct time....Stop WHINNING.....

If you got emp'd 8x in one match then you and your friends weren't doing a very good job. If you are killwhoring with specialist trying for a moab in an objective game and die that's too bad. Also, it's not hard to avoid the stealth bombers if you are observant enough, or be like me and stay away from the rest of your team :-)

I said the EMP was extremely powerful and was a game changer. Was the EMP not a game changer in the scenario I stated? Pretty sure it was, which was my point.

The OP asked why the EMP was spammed, and that was my answer. The story was simply an anecdote that I felt demonstrated my point. Morons
