Clan Double XP QUESTION

I was wondering if anyone knows, if people join my clan and we are already level 20, will my new clan mates get the double XP from Level 10 and Level 20???? Equaling 6hrs of Double XP???

No. Members who were not in your clan when you reached level 10 do not get the level 10 xp. They will only get leve 20. It's in a post around here somewhere.

If you have not claimed it yet yes, but if you claimed your double xp and then added new members they will not.
