Elite - Can't View All Custom Classes and Unlocked Gear

BACKGROUND

So I just prestiged last night and ended up at lvl 5.  I have 7 custom class slots.  I also unlocked Assassin through the use of my currently acquired prestige token.  I play on the Xbox

 

ISSUE:

So I decided to set up some of my classes while sitting here at lunch.  First thing I  noticed was that I was not afforded the luxury of selecting either the 6th or 7th custom class.  While I did take a moment last night to set up the 7th class (the bottom class is always my Assassin class), I did not touch the 6th class.  Thus the trigger might be that the 6th class might need to customized in order for it to show up on the site?   Not good.  The only time I am really going to use the Elite Class changing option is when I have to make a number of changes; otherwise, I can just tweek the other stuff while in-game.

 

Next thing I noticed is that Assassin was not made available to me.   As mentioned, I unlocked it with Token and even went as far to equip Custom Class # 7 with it, yet it is not being made available to me via Elite.

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Can you let us know what web browser you are using to access the Call of Duty Elite site?  Have you tried to clear your browser cache and cookies and try to access the content again? It may be that it's accessing the information that was there before you went prestige again.

      I am having this issue as well. I unlocked all 5 custom classes last prestige. They showed up in Elite just fine. However after I prestiged they no longer show up, I only can see the first five. I've tried clearing the browsing data for Elite and tried it in both Chrome and Internet Explorer with no luck.

      I am having the same issue with unlocked gear not showing up in Elite after prestiging. It does not seem to be browser specific as I have tried IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari and have the same result in all three. I have unlocked the ACR, MP7, Striker, and other things with Prestige Tokens in the game, yet they do not show up on the Elite as available in custome class editing. If I go into a class that has one of these weapons and edit another option such as a perk and click select when done, it then shows the class as having no primary weapon and will not complete the send changes to game process.

       

      For a little troubleshooting and elimination of possible causes, I am currently Prestige 10, Level 66. I have cleared all cache and cookie information from browsers, attempted on different computers and browsers. It appears that the in game unlocks are not being communicated with the Elite website. Custom classes are viewable just as long as no save is attempted. It does show the proper equipment until you go into the edit class option, which then has the gear displaying the lock icon unless I am also at a rank which that gear would be available without having been unlocked via a token.

      Any resolution to this or the issue below. I posted a similar issue about a month ago and then another one today that is even more troublesome dealing with the custom classes as set up in the game are not transferring over to the Elite website. This is at rank 80 so unlocking of gear should not be the problem and all cache information has been cleared and attempted on 4 different browser types )Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari). What gives and where is the support? I submitted a support request and recieved a reply shortly after Elite Clan functionality was rolled out and it appears that it disappeared into a black hole.

    I am having the same problem as Splashey.  I was creating a class and I hit select to finish and I have no primary.  It won't let me send in my changes now.  I have even gone into the game and changed the primary so it might pop up again, but its still missing.  Can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?
