Problems with the holiday token gift for premium elite users.

I am a premium elite user. I got the holiday token for being an early founder and the two hours of double xp. My problem comes in the fact that I was prestige 2 level 77. I used the token to unlock another custom class. I then proceeded to play until I prestiged which took just a little over the two hours of double xp. I was going to unlock another weapon or another class with the prestige token I should have had from prestigeing but I didnt get one for some reason. I do not know if I am the only one that had this issue or not. But felt that something should be said about it. And since was related to Elite decided that this was the best forum that it belonged in.

So is there any way a moderator or developer can look in to this and see what went wrong? My GT is linked to my Elite account. And I did get the double xp and token from the holiday gift; just I lost my token for prestigeing for some reason afterwards. If possible I would like it back, since I did earn it through prestiging.

When I get home I will check my Prestige Token count. I was in a very similar situation as you. When I got on last night I was lvl 79, so I was able to "hit the button" a little sooner then you, but I used a token right after I prestiged.

  I had three from previous games, and then the two I earned for regular play and then the holiday one. that would make six before my most recent prestige. Which would make for seven.
  
  I unlocked the one icon package, the type 95 and the fad and the rssas sniper and a extra custom class. and just recently another custom class with the holiday token. But now after the prestige where I should have had another token left, I no longer do. I never used any of my tokens for extra xp nor for any of the equipment or other weapons.

there is a known issue with tokens not being awarded when you prestige at some levels been quite a few posts about it already, think its affecting prest' 2-3 and 3-4 (dont quote me on that)

I too have had this problem. Used my holiday token and prestiged to level 2, then went to use my token I just got for the prestige i just did. The token was there, but once I clicked it and confirmed the use of it, nothing happend. No dbl XP for two hours. Support said they cant give tokens back. Tho support update is still pending 10 hours later. I will turn the console on now and check to see if the token has been re applyed .... No it has not. what a bummer

  Today i signed into elite using FFox. Double XP was showing on my mw3 playing card. tho it showed 00:00:00:00. I starting thinking that my lost token had come back from it's holiday! But once I loaded my game on the xbox it shown nothing, looks like my missing token is still out partying the new year in. lol. come back token, i need you.

Hi guys. As some of you are aware, there may be a token issue with MW3 where some users are not getting tokens when prestiging. I'll see if I can get anything official from the IW dev.

  Thanks for the response Beachead. It is not a major issue. Just sort of had a use for it, so was a little upset at the loss. At least i still did the one from the holiday gift to use and it worked fine.

Similar issue happened to me except I don't know if I got my token from prestiging or from the holiday gift. I prestiged and I didn't check to see if I got a token or not then the next day I got an email from cod elite saying they've given us 1 token and 2 hours of double xp. I should've had 2 tokens in total but ended up with 1. I hope this gets looked at soon.

I have had a similar problem.. but it wasn't about me not receiving a prestige token when entering prestige mode. I just never got my holiday prestige token and I registered for Elite Premium on christmas day (12/25/11). My brother signed up for Elite Premium on the same day as well, and also did not receive a holday prestige token. Both of our gamertag's are linked to elite, so if someone could look into this or at least give some kind of answer/feedback that would be great.
