No I didn't cheat the system, and no my mate didn't take too long and no I didn't ban him on purpose, I was on phone with him talking him through the process and giving him code, which I am totally free to give him as it says nowhere that I, personally, have to use it, and besides since I used the Hardened Premium Code I got Founders Status First night, so what else is everyone supposed to do with there Founders Code, it gives you nothing if you already are a Founder. Moving on, in order to get the 500EXP from a member of a clan who has already joined prior to getting Founder they need to leave and rejoin, I went to remove him so I could reinvite but instead of just removing him, it banned him, I had read previously in the Clan FAQ (I'm one of the few who've read it, it seems) and rembered reading that banning is permenant, so naturally I sought assistance as this was a mistake and not my fault, the only thing I may have done was hit something accidentally as I was on my Notebook computer and it's not very good to use for this sort of stuff, but as my mate was going to a Christmas Party I wanted to catch him early and it was all I had on hand so I used it, since it uses (as almost all Notebooks do) a Touch pad it sometimes goes funny and you click on one part of screen and the touchpad moves the cursor somewhere else randomly. As for the Money as I paid for his Premium Service and the Founders Code (Well For Hardened Edition) I'm out of Pocket about AU$100, While he does get the other Bonuses, Most of the reason I paid was for Clan Operations and Challenges, without him in Clan we get less then what we paid for. Now you might say Great Service but that is also laughable as Elite is Glitchy and Clan Challenges are still unavailable so we are shafted Twice over. Now in Australia if you pay for something and you don't get it you have recourse to take action, if they won't fix it then we have no choice but to take legal action, if you buy a pie and before you say we got everythign else fine and such, think of it this way if you bought a pie and the baker threw 25% of it away and gave you the other 75% would you say, fair enough I got most of it? No you wouldn't so just think about that!

Well they did technically leave, when they got Banned it threw them from Clan, due to the glitch nature of Elite atm I was able to reinvite them back in but even if he left again he would still be on Ban List, it's a One way system once there on the list it's there forever, which is why the thread name, why can't I choose to unban someone? Aren't I the Clan Leader, shouldn't I get final say? It also means that when a Glitch like mine occurs it causes all this run around when all they need to do is make it possible to unban someone. I mean all the ban system seems to do is remove them from clan at least for now, I figure once the site is fully operational though it will kick them out again or could possibly lead to a bigger glitch doing something bad to clan.

Clan Record Check: Member Banned! Member in Clan! Error! Error! Does not Compute, How is One Banned And Not Banned at Same Time! Clan is Illogical! Destroying Clan! Erasing KDR! Erasing Records! Erasing All Witnesses! Sacking a Major City! Exterminate! Exterminate! Exterminate!

Okay, maybe if the site emplyed an AI that might happen, just keeping things civil and lighthearted, but still, with our stats tied into Elite and our clans if it does go crazy anything could happen.
