The best, and cleanest solution would be to replace OMA with Overkill.

That is, you get two primary weapons instead of a secondary. Allow camos and attachments, and keep it in perk slot 1. Make the pro version cause you to switch weapons faster. Switch shotguns back to primary weapons.
