swap gun skin models to different guns!

IW should make it so you can change the skin on the gun (similar to counter strike with custom skins).

You can have the M4 as your core gun, then put a Thompson SMG skin over it. They can make it downloadable content for new skins. It would be cool to have a g18 as the gun and a ak47 skin for it. (they would keep the same stats but just look different)

it would make customizing more unique

Yeah that wouldn't f*ck the game up or anything.

That'd only make sense if they made the skins throwbacks to old guns, like the old MP5 to replace the K or the old Deagle instead of this piece o crap we have now. Otherwise, that's a dumb idea.

I'm not sure if they would make it so YOU only see the custom skin you have on and everyone else sees the real gun, or vice versa. so it would be a nice addon and wouldn't affect anything then.

Just make things like M24 skin instead of intervention, MP5 skin instead of UMP, G36 skin instead of ACR, etc.

They could make a couple million if they charge 200 MS points per skin, they can keep making new skins every month like a "special edition GHOST desert eagle".
