If you are going by what modders discovered by moving the camera to a different angle then I consider your argument hogwash.

Viewing the scene from an angle which IW never intended it doesn't prove squat.

Oh look!  The fire that magically lit the ground that was three feet behind Shepherd and Ghost skipped over Ghost's body  so therefore Ghost is alive!  And fire does not obey the laws of physics! 

The cinematic work was made so that everything is clear from the player's personal perspective.  Shepherd was made to look like he shot Ghost in the upper chest/neck and the fire was made to look like it was on Ghost as well.

If IW wants to bring Ghost back from the apparent dead in MW3 then that's their business but for now they did everything they could to make it look painfully clear that Ghost is a dead man.

What's next? You're going to say that Gaz, Ghost and Wallcroft are all the same person because they all have the same voice actor? Gaz and Wallcroft were both in COD4 so that debunks that theory before it can even be stated. Or are you going to say that Wallcroft and Gaz are twins and that there are really two Ghosts but one died and the other twin is taking on the balaclava after the death of the first twin? No matter what way you put this whole Gaz is Ghost crap it makes you sound like a conspiracy theorist and quite frankly a moron.

The presentation of the deaths are like that on purpose. They just wanted to take a cinematic approach to the deaths of Gaz and Ghost. Who cares if Ghost wasn't on fire supposedly? That camera angle in that video was achieved by console commands or something of that nature. He was shot point blank with a 44 Magnum. I'm going to believe what was presented to me via actual gameplay, not what someone did in a Youtube video. Same goes with Gaz's death. The gun was pointed at his head from the player's point of view correct? It may not have been in the video but in the actual gameplay it was presented as such. Even if Gaz survived I'm pretty sure a shot to the spine would have made him a vegetable and therefore unable to be Ghost.
