How can you say it's an exploit? Aim-Assist is their for a reason. Do you know how inaccutate thumbsticks are? The sniper rifle requires accuracy, and in order to have that on console - aim assist is a must. And for those of you who say they play on black ops without aim assist, that doesn't remove it, it 'slightly' decreases it.
If you want to see how inaccurate it is to play without aim assist, go plug your controller into your PC and play some CoD on there. You won't be able to do anything, even with an assault rifle, why? Becuase Assualt Rifles use aim assist just as much as snipers do.
Oh and for the record, quickscoping on PC with a mouse and no aim-assist is just as easy as quickscoping on console with a controller.
Also, the developers already know what quickscoping is, and the fact that they are leaving it in the game is proof that the developers don't see it as an exploit.
