Program Guide Not Populating With Operations, etc.

Hello Beachhead, I'd like to raise an issue that myself and many others are experiencing regarding the Program Guide on Elite.CallOfDuty.com.
Firstly, I'd like to say that I've brought this up with Activision CS on numerous occasions, with their only solution being to create an entirely new account (that isn't viable -- surely you don't expect me to constantly log out of one to post in the forums, and log into another to view Elite?).
This issue was around in the beginning of the Beta, but you fixed it towards the end, which is why I'm surprised that this bug has returned for the final version of Elite.
When I attempt to view the Program Guide on Elite.CallOfDuty.com, THIS is what I see. I've not no problems accessing the Program Guide on the console app -- it's only the site.
Please tell me you're looking into this, because I really wouldn't like to create a new account.

+1 for Dflannagan10. Thanks for the screenshot. This is not expected behavior at all.
Please let me know what browser you are using. Would you mind trying with a different browser, say http://www.google.com/chrome? I'm not going to force you to change browsers -- I just want to eliminate the chance that this is an issue with your computer before I have the guys take a direct look at your account.
Sorry to make you do work. This is usually our first response when we see a problem we've never seen before. Let me know.

2 seconds after I posted this another user reported the same behavior and has already tried different browsers. So, please let me know your gamertag or PSNID and we'll try and track down the issue.

Yes, like the other user, I have tried many browsers, and unfortunately that has not resolved this issue.

I've got Elite Premium on both accounts (if that's important), and the Program Guide does not show for either (on the site).
During the beta, it appeared as if this was a UK issue (with another user, @Boyle111, complaining of the same thing [still experiencing it right through the full launch]).

This has happened to me in both the beta and the actual launch.
Both times I changed my Profile's Locale to the "United States" and then saved my changes. (Change it here https://profile.callofduty.com/p/account/profile.act)
I then went back to the program guide and everything showed up.
I then changed my locale back to Canada (for you it would be the United Kingdom), and saved. I then went back to the program guide and everything was still there.
It may be a locale thing. Try it out and see if it worked for you as well.

I am in the USA and am not seeing anything on the program guide. I tried switching regions. I switched to Australia and the lone wolf and events were there. I switched back to USA and they were gone again.
Rwcgillam -- there are Operations and Events which are limited to a specific region. For example, there are Operations that require you to live in the UK to compete in -- you won't be able to even see these if you are set to the US. Are you saying you have your region set to the US and you don't see anything at all?
If that's the case, please let me know your gamertag or PSNID and we'll get your account checked out.

My region is set to US and I have nothing available to enlist in on compete page, Lone Wolf or events. it is just empty boxes. my psn is rwcgillam.

Not sure why the workaround described here did not work for you. If you'd like try clearing your cookies and cache and restarting your browser -- I can't guarantee that this will work but I wanted to give you actions that can be taken while we work on getting you fixed.
Rwcgillam -- checking your account out, it looks like your region was set to DE. Are you sure you are not confusing your language option with your region option? Try changing your region and let me know if that works.
where do I check my region? In elite profile (on my screen at least) address is set to usa address and american flag showing on page. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?
Hi everyone.
Looks like we have a problem where a small percentage of users are seeing a blank program guide. Seems to be linked to region setting. We are working with the account management / login team to fix the problem. No ETA right now. Sorry about this.
Some users have claimed that changing their country (profile > address > edit) has helped. This has not worked for other users. Consider this workaround unconfirmed as we are still investigating the problem.
Warning: please do not change your Region to complete in an Operation where you are not elligible and leave it there. If you enter and win a Operation that is invalid for your actual real-world address, you will be disqualified from winning. That would suck.
