I use the MK14 a lot too but I'm 99.9999999% sure that I've never been reported for having a rapid fire controller as I can shoot accurately, unlike 95% of the CoD community so I may have been reported for someone thinking I have an Aim Bot once or twice as I can quickly put two shots in someone's chest. (Without Quickdraw or Steady Aim.)

MK14 Silenced with an ACOG scope. Maybe if you didn't spray so much, you wouldn't even have to worry about having a fast trigger finger so you wont need to try and shoot fast and just shoot a couple round for the kill instead of half your clip.

    The Mk14 is NOT a sniper rifle. It's a semi-auto AR.

    MK14 - It's not weapon abuse, it's a rapid fire controller you're complaining about.

(questions of accuracy aside, many people do have rapid trigger fingers, some with cadence for one, I'm pretty darn good with keeping a steady rythm with it.  i've yet to see someone make it look like a full auto close enough where there could be even close to debatable.)

On that note, even a modded controller could studder, due to lag and lag comp, you really can't rely on what you see on a killcam.

If you doubt an individual, report them.  Either they're legit and it's ok, or they're not and get caught.

That goes for everything you suspect.  That's what the options are there for.  Use them, and stop complaining here.

Spamming the Javelin?  The only way to get more ammo is to walk over an unused launcher someone dropped upon death(I get some of my own this way).  May as well complain about any given random weapon for all the legitimacy that argument holds.

Striker needs a nerf?  Maybe.  I don't mind one user, you can adapt to that.  When whole teams do it, it can spoil the dynamics of the game.(same for a full team of good quick scopers)

IMO, that's the definition of overpowered.  Not individual performance, because you'll always end up getting aced by someone with high skill, be it the type 95, FMG, ACR, or Assassin.  All of those I mentioned, you get the whole team using them, and there are many and varied tactics that will limit their success.   Cheap at times, sure, but not by nature, unstoppable.

The striker and quick scopers, however, can be very indomitable, even in the hands of the merely mildly skilled enemy team. Less team work than exploiting a trick maneuver, which has FAR fewer counters than any of the above things, given the build of the maps.

There are many people that cheat with the MK14 and Striker. They're clearly using rapid fire controllers and I report them for it.

I have also seen other suspicious players that seem to know exactly where you are, when you're using an all stealth perk loadout, but I haven't reported them for that.

I have that issue too, ingrained from Black Ops and it's variety of easy hacks, I watch killcams closely.

    Things to keep in mind.

Most people still make noise when them move.

If you're using Dead Silence, you still make noise when you reload or shoot(even with a "silencer", or you leave visible tracers when you shoot, or people saw the grenade fly from that corner...etc.

There is also the possibility of Recon, recon Drone, an enemy sighting, or you being close to one of their team-mate's death skulls, and even the enemy memorizing the spawn points, or simply an enemy call-out.

Add to that popular spots to camp or wait for whatever reason....

There are very few people that I'm suspicious of for very long, and usually, when I watch the killcam's enough in one round, it's obvious that they're not always knowing where I am, it's just a combination of luck/skill.

As to the part I didn't underline.  People are cheating via a controller, not specific weapons.  Blaming it on the weapon specifically is misleading, as if the weapons have a glitch.
