Question about premium elite and free DLC on multiple platforms.

I was wondering if I add my PSN account to my premium elite if the free DLC could be downloaded by both platforms' accounts when they become available?

 

I was wondering if I should take the time to add it to my account or if the DLC is on a one-time download basis, thanks to anyone who could shed some light on my question.
