games ive played in the last day or two i cant upload clips from them.

i have premium and i cant upload clips less than 1 minute or even less than 30 seconds. it says rendering and starts the video, but just stops it and says clip uploaded! on my youtube it says the file failed to be converted. also, some of my clips i tried uploading when a few days ago when there were problems are completely broke, i cant watch them or anything, and does the same thing as trying to upload those recent clips

any help? anyone with same issue?
