MW3 Hardcore Search and Destroy Teamkilling

This problem is getting out of hand, Teammates spawn, pull out a rocket and kill your entire team if you don't have a group of 6.

 

What I want to know is why you are not able to kill enemies with explosions for the first 8-10 seconds, but you are able to kill your team in that time frame? This makes absolutely no sense unless the game creators wanted teamkillers in the game.

 

 

Mw2 had richochet, which was a good thing, but even a simple patch to nullify explosions killing teammates would suffice.
