This has happened to me before. Pretty much your video is gone. If it's not in your last 100 games, then it's unrecoverable.

I've lost my best ever kill due to this error :( even tried saving again but did same thing. Do you think it's when you try to save a match that was really long? The game it did it for me was a 4-3 game of hardcore S&D that probably lasted 15-20 min. I've kept it in my vault anyway just incase it one day becomes playable after an update or something
