  It is stupid to base maturity on age. Plenty of people are less mature than me even though they are older.
  
  You should let anyone join, and judge their maturity level based on the things they say.

    No I was serious I'm probably older then most on these forums, but i have that sence of humor that is definatly adult, but I wouldn't call it completely mature
