For me and all my friends it really is unplayable, still. Who plays Multiplayer shooter when beeing ~seconds behind enemy at all times? It is unplayable.

I could easily deal with anything else, but when playground isnt even, theres no point in playing.

I had to rage quit just now because the lag is so bad..SO BAD!. I might as well be playing from the F'ing moon thats how much of a delay there is. Ive got no chance, none i died so many one bullet deaths even though i had the drop on 90% of the people i was shooting at. No red screen just instant F'ing death. Im gonna go punch my fist through a wall now, have a nice day.

To add, this DLC looks great. You think no one wants 1v1 or 2v2 playlists? 1v1 has been missed since MW2, and 2v2 has never come to CoD. I'd find it really cool for me and my bro, who both have KD's of 3.0+, go into Faceoff and destroy enemy teams. If I recall some derp said that all the maps are for Faceoff only. That's not true either

    Thanks,

    Moopus.

I think the DLC looks great - that is not the issue - its the lack of playmodes!

No one wants 1v1 or 2v2 boosting playlists as this is what it could very easily turn into - People wanted small Maps that they can play 1v1 or 2v2 in terms of size AND in Private Matches - not exclusively and online - and certainly NOT at the expense of other game modes - I am sure everyone wants to be able to play 4v4, 6v6 or FFA on those 4 'face off' maps.

As far as I know - no one said they were ALL 'Face Off' Maps as we are getting just 1 MP (full) as well - this being 'Oasis' but this is a big difference to the 4 that the content calendar had led us to be believed were dropping this month.

If those 4 'Face Off' Maps had also been available in standard playmodes as well I do not think ANYONE would be complaining about them at all

So true, always like to max prestige but wont bother with the extra 5 coming soon fed up of chasing the imaginary brass rings in this game

seems boring now as most people vote the same maps and same guns same strike packages(dont blame them but its repetetive) if your lucky enough to get a lagless game with only one invincible person in that is

    given up now

hopefully minecraft is as fun as they say

Face Off is interesting, but in the sense of the actual maps and not the game type/playlist.  These maps look big enough just for 4v4.

However, I personally am not interested in exclusive 1v1/2v2 maps.  I paid for new, open and inclusive DLC content - where Spec Ops missions could potentially be taken as "no-one will play" like Face Off, it's still a good niche content to get.  These Face Off maps have been created and will be released for a non-existent community; it almost feels like they are trying to get back to the COD4 1v1 Boosting thing and cater for the "1v1 me bro" morons and QS tools that plague the public playlists - okay, maybe it might be beneficial in the sense that it might filter out the idiots who do all of that but in general, the FO thing sure ain't interesting me (and the people I game with).

I could potentially see these maps as being capable to run 4v4 Team Tactical games, at maximum.  Maybe 6v6 at the extreme limit, no more.  Despite this, I still can't quite believe IW/SH/Raven are making these maps without saying to themselves "why don't we do what Black Ops [Wager Matches] and BF did - and make full-scale maps to then block off parts of the map for smaller-scaled matches in the future?".

It's pretty obvious that they didn't 'beta test' this idea before - because they knew the reaction they would get which means no-one would actually buy them.  But they've got to make some sort of DLC content, because making full-scale maps is obviously such a chore.. such a conundrum.

CoD franchise is a good example why a monopole is a bad thing, if you don't have competition then you can do what ever you want and people will still buy your product, doesn't matter if they like it or not.

The CoD devs will start caring about the product when a equal game is on the market and CoD will loose buyers and players, till then, nothing will changing.

CoD should be quality over quantity, not the other way around.

7 months, 13 updates and many hotfixes, and the game still broken on multiple levels.

No, you need a slap to the face for calling an un-broken game broken. This game is far from broken. You wanna' see broken? Look at CoD:4, or World at War. Those games are truely un-playable. Don't say a perfectly fine game is unplayable. You people blow lag comp out of proportion. It's really not that bad. Also, you deserve an extra slap to the face for your poor grammar and spelling.

And, Bobby Kotick =/= Infinity Ward
