G IH A IN ID II,

Could you please acknowledge that you read this and understand what I'm talking about.

GHANDI, point me out assuming you have already posted it but what specific changes have you guys implemented to the Dead Man's Hand (I realize it's the C4 explosive radius; but in comparison with pre-patch DMH) and Dragunov "rebalance"?

I know people will eventually make comparison videos for the two changes above but I think many will like to know what exactly has changed and how it contrasts to how it was.  Did the Dragunov receive a damage buff or did the view kick and/or recoil get toned down?  Is DMH blast radius the same as a normal C4 or something between pre-patch and C4 radius?  Perhaps some stats and numbers for those interested in that kind of stuff - e.g. COD Wiki.

I believe the DMH efficacy is identical to C4 now, and the Dragunov got a recoil and kick adjustment because it is the SR with the lowest speed modifier in the game. I'll confirm this, however.

    Cheers,

Um, G IH A IN ID II,

I think what people were asking for with the Dragunov was a chest multiplier, to fill in that empty sniper rifle spot that has been in all previous COD games (like the Dragunov from Cod4 and Blops, and the WA2000 from MW2), and to differentiate it from the RSASS which is just statistically better than it in every way except movement speed.

I see from many posts that followed that other people also agree with what I'm saying. I'd personally really like to see the dragunov buffed in the manner described above, not in a way which would make it too similar to the RSASS.

    EDIT: above

@GIHAINDII, This should not be new news to bancandy as i reported this to her on 4/26/2012 via PM on this forum and on PSN.   The two attachments on secondary weapons that is.

That's reassuring. It means it has already been passed to the anti cheat engineering team.

Hows it going G IH A IN ID II? Are you doing any BBQing this weekend?

Thank you for asking esmorgue. I'm good. I'm taking my 4 year old son who refers to the Hulk as Broccoli to see the Avengers (terrible parenting I know - he'll last about 5 minutes before he decides he doesn't want to be a super hero anymore) and then I'll probably end up hitting In-N-Out hard on Monday!

For those who don't reside in one of 5 States this will make no sense. Those that do will know what I mean. Double Double Animal Style!

You know, being polite isn't really the most important thing in this world.  I would say being intelligent, honest, and open to discussion with a willingness to explain decisions and reasoning are probably more important.  I personally have trouble trusting some things when some topics are given misleading answers.  The reasons for not buffing the AA-12 for instance.  When you originally said you weren't going to buff it, the reasoning was "it's full auto".  Unfortunately for everyone, you left what that meant to the imagination without saying why being full auto mattered.  No one would have guessed that you meant the full auto nature of the gun made the game lag.  You just said "its full auto, therefore it won't be buffed." Now I have to say, I hope everyone starts running the AA-12.  It would give me a laugh on the off chance I ever put MW3 in the disk tray again.

Again, I respect you being on the forums Ghandi, but you can't expect complete respect on a forum where people are talking about some of the worst issues in a game they paid for.  Frustration tends to creep into posts.  Besides, if everyone was completely civil, you couldn't post witty comebacks and I wouldn't enjoy these forums as much as I do.

I apologise if I was misleading in any way. I felt sure I mentioned ray trace issues and server load before as I did recently when asked about the Striker. That was not my intention.

Good Man. I have yet to see it due to work schedule being so hectic lately. I can finally take my 13 yr old son and 7 yr old daughter. I have heard it is a sight to see. I also need to get these beef slabs on the grill. I have 3 days off.

Broccoli?!?! You think that could refer to the Green Giant Vegetable Packaging?

I reall y hope you guys can get whatever you ahve discovered under wraps. When do you think it will possibly fixed?

    @GHANDI

Is the problem that you guys have nailed down going to do anything to address problems that have existed throughout or just the increase in them of the past few weeks? Not host problems as I read your post saying that was an ongoing issue y'all will be addressing seperately, but just the general sync and lag discrepencies that have existed since day one. Does this upcoming fix only get us back to the issues we were more used to that weren't AS bad?

Haha Ghandi, I'm not going to lie, that post made me go "awww". Anyways, I have an issue that is really frustrating me. Whenever me and my friend party up and play TDM, whoever the party leader is has a very strange in-game problem. Occasionally the game will appear to "lag-out". Almost like when the host shuts off his Xbox and everyone is running in place. But then all of the sudden, I find my self dead and at the Killcam screen. I asked my brother if he lagged and he said no. Everyone else seems to be playing fine. I play on a wired connection, and every time it happens, I check my connection and I have 4 Green bars. This is really frustrating me. Have you heard of this?

Also, I'd like to add that this never happens while I'm playing solo. This adds more wierdness to the bug.

biggest dissapointment on this game has to be the m16, how can they justify having a gun that cant match up with any other firepower, even with kick and rapid fire it can still take 2 bursts even from a foot away, the m16 and type 95 should be similar to each other, all its missing is a bit off power, bet its the least used gun in the game cos of this cock up, dabs

G IH A IN ID II,

I don't know how to contact the CoD Elite team directly, but can you ask them to look into the weapon stats for Elite? I really don't think it's displaying them correctly. For instance, on the USP. 45, it says I have 284 Kills, and 1445 Deaths. Now, I know that's incorrect for the very simple fact that I have the USP .45 Silver Title for getting 500 kills with it. Either the game gave me the title way too early, or Elite is wrong. My money is on Elite (figuratively speaking).

This is true for many other weapons on the profile aswell. Any chance you can get these guys to finally look into this? This is by no means something new, this problem has persisted for a long time now.
