COD ELITE: Won't send changes to game

Hello,
I am a COD Elite Premium member and was able to send changes and custom classes to the game when COD MW3 first came. I didn't use the feature for a while, but after I build a class and press send changes to game it says it sent successfully. I then go on to my Xbox and into multiplayer. The problem is it doesn't ask me accept the changes so there is no way for me to change my classes online.
Have you tried using a different browser than the one you made the changes on? If your problems persists, I would suggest creating an incident with Activision Support.

I have tried IE and Chrome. Both have problems. Could it be a problem with unlocking gear?
I also created a ticket a day or two ago.
mine does the same thing but mine one night glitched out and deleted everything off my custome classes i made a youtube vid to show what happened. But if i change my profile to my game battle profile i can send changes through no problem. My fixes iv tryed 3 different web browsers, 2 different computer, re-recovering my xbl account, and nothing works
mine says sending changes to game but it never says success
Mine has always said success but I never receive any confirmations of change in game.
does the same thing to me too
I used a token on the MSR and it wont show up on my custom classes on the Elite website.
I too think it is a problume with the "Unlock Gear". When I try to send changes it just says
SENDING CHANGES TO GAME
It freezes on me!

Doesn't work in Firefox, Chrome, or IE. It worked with the iOS app on the first day and never again since.
