Update:

Part 1: The backend component responsible for pushing videos to the 360CODMW3 channel was falling behind in its workload meaning some videos were not getting pushed. This component has been updated and increased monitoring established to catch and remedy this error if it happens again in future. As adelaunay mentions, videos sent to the 360CODMW3 channel should now be appearing once more. If you uploaded something and it didn't appear re-upload it again and all should now be fine.

Part 2: The teams continue to investigate the issue with personally linked accounts. I'll post further updates as I receive them.

The issues they are investigating are:

Does the video upload really succeed even though the game says it has?

If the upload to the backend succeeds why doesn't it make it to a personal YouTube feed if a YouTube account is linked?

Does it make it into the Elite site in the player's EliteTV slots?

Does Facebook video flinging work for the same users?
