If I were to join a clan that was level 11 would I get the 2hr double xp boost?

If you didn't know clans that are level 10 get 2hrs double xp, so basically I'm asking if I joined that clan after they got the boost would I still get it?

I personally don't think you should if you do. Otherwise there is going to be a lot of people joining/quitting clans for double xp.

Oh and for anyone who can't access the clans/groups page, try google chrome. I couldn't access it on Internet Explorer but I can get it on Google Chrome.
