Can a non premium Elite member rank up a clan on their own?

I want to rank up my clan so I can make a custom title. So my questions are, 1.Can you rank up a clan on your own. I want to have a custom title so thats why I made a clan and I dont have any clan members so could I rank it up on my own? Question 2. I am an elite member but I am not the premium member because I just got the free version so am I able to rank up my clan still or do I need to pay the $50 in order to rank my clan up? Your help is appreciative.

i think you need to be a premium member to do clan operations (coming soon) otherwise u have to recruit founders of elite for 500XP. IT sucks

yes, the only way to gain clan xp is through premium elite founders, or through clan operations, which aren't out yet and require you to have the premium version of elite in order to participate

This is True, However, Clan challenge i believe rank your clan up as a Free Elite User. Its common sense, they would not make a free version nor add clan options if a free team couldnt rank up. espcially when all unlocks show for free users via xbox and desktop

This is True, However, Clan challenge i believe rank your clan up as a Free Elite User. Its common sense, they would not make a free version nor add clan options if a free team couldnt rank up. espcially when all unlocks show for free users via xbox and desktop

All I can say is that if they only allow premium members to rank up clans then there is absolutely no point in making a clan on your own because you can't do jack all....OH WAIT, you get a FREE blank and useless title, nevermind.
