You cannot do anything about this. I had this happen to me too. I was level 80 no prestige, I prestiged to unlock the striker early. Nope, no token. 2nd day rolls by, no token. I contact activision and they tell me to clear my xbox browser cache, and wait another day. Nothing goes by on the 3rd day. I then ask them again, and the dumb ***** over at the live chat tell me to move on there is nothing they can do. I ait a 4th day for an email becuase I emailed them earlier, no email. It's been a total of 8 days with no email, and no token.
Activision WILL NOT help you no matter what you do. Jut hope you get the token is all I can say. Either you get it, or you don't.
I'm jut pissed becuase when second prestiges comes along it'll probably happen again. Those ******* really need to get their head out of thier asses and fix this. I know of so many people who have had this problem. check the technical support section, there are MORE than enough people with this problem to have it adressed by now.
