nah they are pretty useless... i suppose you get a bit more damage to the body.. but with the hit detection, lag compensation and weird hit boxes... who would even notice?
sometimes 1 bullet kills... sometimes 15 do nothing... lol... i wouldnt waste a streak slot on them.. thats for sure
I use them all the time. I just like the +50 every time someone grabs one :]. The, what, extra 5 health points seem to help very slightly sometimes. I don't get at all frustrated or intimidated when I shoot someone and the icon pops up, like Jugg or Painkiller though.
I feel like it gives you one or two extra bullets that you can take. It not gonna help you go on a rampage, but it will give you that leg up on a 1v1 battle.
