How Do you level up your Call Of Duty Elite Clan?

I kno you have to do Elite challenges and operations but where do u go to find them?

Also i have 5 Founders in my clan including me but i havent recieved my Xp and This is all our first clan?

you have to wait for the service to be operational.. until then, there's nothing you can do. very lame that you're recruiting random people just because they have a founder status as opposed to their skill and rank.. hope to see you get pwned by a real clan

    it doesnt matter what the KDR is as long as you all injoy playing together and have fun that is a true clan

    You level your clan up with great difficulity at the minute. As for a good clan well everyman and his dog have created one with the introduction of elite

The only way to do it at this point is to add Founders.
