If you have founders in your clan and you did not get the 500 clan xp then they can leave the clan and rejoin they should get a message that they can give the 500 xp to the clan.

you can rank up your clan with lone wolf ops and clan ops, 500xp is awarded to the clan when new members arrive, premium members can only level up the clan, but it is still useful if you are not a premium member as you can still help to win the game, you can go to your local game store and purchase a year premium call of duty elite membership, quite expensive but its worth it as it will last a year.. but like i said, dont worry if you are not a premium member as you can help win the game, oh and FYI, ranking up only applies when there are 6 premium members playing, this does not have to be altogether as a party, aslong as you play the game that the ops has designated, i hope this helps
