NAT Type Strict

Untill yesterday my NAT type was open and when steam updated my MW3 multiplayer and singleplayer my NAT type switched to strict....Why this stupid thing happend...???I would also like you to know that i had the ports forwarded and all that.Does any one else has this problem...???
