Signed. I was host today and my bullets wouldn't do any damage / hitmarkers until after 5 or so shots.

Those videos describe exactly what I am experiencing with this game everyday, very frustrating. I have even started using the riot shield more so I wont have to deal with bullets not hitting people. The only problem is that it's even worse with this.
Try hitting them with your shield only to have them knife you quickly from behind. From my view I hit him but then the killcam shows I lunged and missed. Grrr is all I can say.

Yep this happens to me as well. I went back to MW2 until they send out a patch for a couple of big issues, with the new code the lag code seems worse than MW2 (which had problems more with specific guns than across the board). It is more like Black Ops lag probelms with was across the board. The other "issue" that bothers me is how they screwed up assult rifles with the "drunken swagger" targeting. that's not going away with a fix, so i'll have to decide if I want to move to a running game like everyone else.

Holy crap! THIS is why I've been losing my rag over this game and ranting about my general performance. I don't normaly play with theatre / core mode on so don't see the kill cams. This is exactly what I was experiencing but always assumed I was just too slow compared to the other guys. This explains SO much about my general performance. I stopped play core and went to HC instead because at least the bullets are more leathal and you have a better chance of getting the hit in first. Going to check it out tonight, core/theatre mode - suspect I'm suffering from this badly.

Im getting it the same I try to play a few games everyday but I just can't, My internet connection is good its a fibre optic line my ports are opened theatre and face book is off and it hasn't made it any better. IW and SH need to man up and hold their hands up and admit they got so many aspects of this game wrong it could be the best CoD ever if they would stop with the lag compensation and making it kid friendly.LISTEN TO THE COMMUNITY PLEASE.They wont respond to Twitter or anything and they havn't been working they have been partying check Glen Schofield's Twitter feed.

Enjoy it while you can. I too was like you in BLOPS. MW3 was flawless for me for one week
now I cannot play for the lag.
You have been warned. Your LAG is on the way

Unfortunatly, they don't seem to care much. They are busy playing with our money planning on how they can rip us off more next November.

These are not good examples and being shot around corners is a drawback of lag comp and is well documented, although that was an extreme case, it is present in all online FPS's.
