Some perk re-balancing ideas.

What they need to nerf:
Assassin(here me out first before flaming)
and
Quickdraw.
Reasons for Nerf:
As it is now, Assassin and Quickdraw are the two dominate 2nd tier perks.
Assassin Nerf:
Take away the away the immunity to CUAV and the EMP in the Pro version and switch it for immunity from Thermal Sight and Portable Radar. Make them appear on Radar when a AUAV is up.
So now the perk looks like
Regular: Immune to UAV and Heartbeat sensor. VISIBLE on Radar when a AUAV is up.
PRO: Immune to Thermal Sight, Portable Radar. No red cross-hairs.
Quickdraw Nerf:
-Make the gun have worse hip fire accuracy for a trade off for the fast ADS.
- REMOVE the fast ADS for Snipers and make them have built in Soh PRO.
So now the perk looks like:
Regular: Fast ADS(Does not include snipers) Increased hip fire spread
Pro:(Snipers only) Fast swap to your secondary. (Any gun) Recover from equpment and grenades faster
What they need to BUFF:
Blast Shield BUFF: As of now(IMO), BS is completely useless. The explosives in this game sucks so bad that there is no need for BS. What they need to do is:
A) Make BS Pro be able to take 2 knifes at full health.
B) Increase the explosive damage to BO damage.
So now the perk looks like:
Regular: Less damage taken from explosives
Pro: Immune to Flashes and stuns. Able to take 2 knives at full health.
These are all of my ideas for now.
what about stalker/pro ?
Stalker's fine. I really don't see the complaint with hip fire; most don't HF using Quickdraw, since it gives an advantage in CQ anyway. It would also make Steady Aim on any QD class useless, as they would cancel each other out.
Blast Shield doesn't need to be tweaked either, most don't use it since explosives are weak to begin with. Two knife attacks is just stupid.
As for Assassin, all they need to do is make it so that the user shows up on Advanced UAV (their name would also be exposed while Advanced UAV is up).
you think its fine that people can move around so fast and be so accurate while aiming down the sights ? i take it you use it then
Why is the 2 hit knive idea stupid? I would use Blast Shield just for that since I get panicked knife so freqently.

I really agree with the BS pro idea. seeing as commando is still in the game and panic knifers are probably the main buzzkillers of osprey(happened to me TWICE) i dont think assasin pro should be immune to EMP but CUAV is fine. hardline effect from BO would balance out the 2nd tier and allow for some variation rather than every other person using QDp
You want them to be immune to something that does not effect them? I hardly ever see EMP even if they did use it i do not use red dot or halo sights it would not effect me. There is too much griping about perks, these game makers listen to what ppl want and when they get it they still gripe.
I don't see anything wrong with either perk.......but that's just me.
