I just wanted t add a bit of info that may help accepting invites.

I have had lots of problems with people being able to accept invites.

Last night a friend I sent an invite to had told me he had no luck being able to accept the invite on the Elite website. He was using IE8

He said he switched over to use his Mozzilla Firefox web browser and was able to accept the invite with no problem.

I dont know if what web browser you use will effect accepting invites, but it may be something to pass along when sending out invites.

Can the clan leader transfer the title of leader to somebody else? my friend started a clan but doesnt want to be leader anymore; we also dont want to lose the 1000 xp we put into the clan

Did anyone else have their clan disappear from the Connect section of Elite?  My group had a small clan of about 30 people and had leveled up into the mid teens.  Now, today, our clan is completely gone from the site and can't even be found by searching???
