I can't play anymore. Please please please fix

I agree, I know it can't be perfect but it seems so horrible with this game that its not even fun to play, the lag is a serious advantage for one side and not having good hit markers or EVEN HIT SOUNDS for the PS3 is a Fin joke, How do you know if you even got a hit???  The only way is a kill or magically it will pop up that you got an assist 20 seconds after you unload an entire clip at somebody, still not sure why they left out the hit sounds... PATHETIC

Furthermore, customer service???? What service, I emailed these guys like 6 days ago no response, I tried instant chat only to wait for hours before giving up, and oh yeah, this COD Elite thing is absurd, nothing with that seems to work right, I haven't been able to access it in days, this is the last time I get sucked into droppin 60 bucks on a COD game, the last straw, they can't even get back to me.  Spawing is also a joke as previous mentioned, today I was spawned directly in front of two enemys who gunned me down after one step, or the fact that bombs are dropping on your head every 12 seconds.... it could be so so so so so much better......

My nat type won't even change to open no matter what I do, however if I pop in CoDmw2 or anyother online game it clearly says open. Could be the problem for alot of ppls lag?
