Something happened to me when I was trying to make a Random Throwing Knife Clip, I have a throwing knife clip following the knife with freecam in MW3 and I saved it to my vault, but when i replay it the knife won't show. BTW it's not a console or disc problem, I tried it on my cousins PS3 and on his MW3. I tried this on my call of duty  elite founder account with the 1 year subscription and same problem, so it doesn't matter if I'm a founder /1 year subscriber the problem still happens.

Any fixes to this?

Heres a link to the video. Notice how in the final bit it doens't even show him dieing, but when i recorded it it showed him dieing and then some seconds passed.
