Well my graphics card didnt meet minimum requirement for black ops and it doesnt meet it for mw3 but it ran black ops with some tweaking done to it. will i be able to run mw3 if i do same thing with black ops?

You should be fine. But if I were you I would upgrade it as soon as possible. You don't need a great one, just one that would work fine.
any suggestions that around $100 mark?
