Is it just me or has anyone else noticed how the scope on the AS50 doesnt zoom in nearly as far as the other rifles. I just feel like all the scopes should be the same. This fact makes this sniper a lot harder to use. Please post your thoughts about this. Would love to see this get patched. On a side note I also noticed how from a distance a sniper shot from an opposing player is very quiet! It sounds silenced but when I watch the kill cam their gun isnt. Anyone else notice that??
the sound in this game blows. you cant even adjust the different settings. but yea i love the as50 but yea i think the scope is at a low zoom. just something i had to adjust to but was definately worth it. do you unlock a variable zoom later on? i havnt checked
The sniper is like that for a reason. It gives less idle sway, and takes more skill to spot enemies. It also is a OHK from the stomach up/chest up w/supresser
That's one of the defining characteristics of the gun, the lower magnification of the default scope. I don't really like it myself but there are plenty of folks who prefer it. I find it to be a bit of a hit-marker machine until I put the variable scope on. I've got it gold now and I don't have much desire to use it anymore since the Barrett just does everything better.
