  Yes i think you can,

  My system specs:

   

  Cpu: intel pentium i3 dual 3.2Ghz

  Video:nvidia Geforce 210 1Gb ddr3

  6Gb mem.

  and it runs smooth

  Pretty easily...

  You can run MW3 with very old computer as it hasn't change during the years that much.

    No my computer isnt old but mw3 isnt that heavy.

    They used the same engine as cod4,

    So if you can play cod 4 you can also play mw3
