How do you gain callsigns titles and emblems on spec ops? The reason why I ask is because I am rank 17 and only have two titles and two emblems but this dude that was rank 8 had a different title joint ops. could somebody explain this? did he just complete a trophy or what to get it and how do you gain the callsigns? I thought you just have to progress by rank but hes under my rank????
