So if you pay for something, and it doesnt deliver as promised - can you sue the maker?
Since Elite is delivering as promised, can we Class Action IW/Sledge? Or do they have a certain time period to get it working....
If we threaten, then maybe they'll get their asses moving?
i'd like to just about now. This is ridiculous.
Considering that Elite is free, you could probably sue and get back the zero dollars you paid for it. Just use an imaginary lawyer, it will be fun.
Whaat about us people with premium?
If some scrub steals my clan registration I'm going to sue those Turkeys! I could have just gotten hardened edition through the mail instead of freezing my butt off trying to get it just after midnight. That was the only reason i got this. My clan and i pulled together on getting this. Now if i don't get what i payed for i want my money back and some ceo to kick.
Techniquely You paid for a service that they told you they would supply, but they never said when it would be here. As long as they have it up by the first dlc, which is when anything monetary comes from it, they're fine...in a way.
By which I mean, they said mw3 would be here by the 8th...But last I checked signing up for this at all means you cant sue them...
I dare you to try and sue them, you'll have so many legal fees you won't be able to buy yourself another call of duty again lol.
Ok, go make a website. Advertise it here as the website millions need to join so you can PROVE to use first hand that you could handle that amoun of flow to it. Do you not get how that works? Minecraft shut down for a while for the same reason. Too many people try to register at once and its like jamming a missile into a pencil sharpener.
Just sayin......I dont want to sue anyone.
