Thank you for contacting Activision, If you managed to somehow, some way to get a hold of the game through Craigslist and are attempting to play online we cannot guarantee anything,
You can play online multiplayer at your own risk!

(Its obvious) But, lets say, I bought a legal copy of your awesome game off of Craigslist and participated in multiplayer before the release date of November 8th 2011. Are there going to be any consequences and if so what? I will gladly wait if I have to, but if I don't have to then why would I wait?
