Activision have requested that no retailer/online store ect ships the game before the 7th of november, this is to stop the problem of retailers shipping early to make sure you get your game on launch day, which does at times lead to people getting it before release date.

Now depending on where you bought the game this might cause a few problems, especially if you have ordered with the cheapest delivery option , might be a good idea to check with your point of purchase/ emails as some retailers in the uk for example have sent out warnings.. i think game has already.
