On the Black Ops multiplayer this week it is advertising double XP and for anyone who Prestiges between Friday and Tuesday, a free Prestige Unlock for MW3 Prestige Shop.
Not only is this flogging the Black Ops horse as it limps to the stable but it is grossly unfair and should have nothing to do with MW3. The game (MW3) is a new title and those who do not own a predecessor (actually seperate title), should not have any unlock-disadvantage. On top of this, those who don't want to Prestige on Black Ops, don't manage it or can't because they're already Prestige 15 (like a good little soldier) are actually disadvantaged! Terrible. I know that there is minimal if any combat advantage but there is a promotion and gameplay (via options/unlock) advantage. Someone can have an extra XP unlock or custom class. Why?
