It is the only Perk in slot two you should be using, anyways. Hardened, no, just not enough incentive, Steady Aim, meh... Scout, no...Warlord is the only other Perk that holds it's weight in gold.. So, basically, you really only have two to choose from and 95.785663999% of players use either of those two perks. In other words, the other perks aren't really worth using, especially for R&G'ers.

Sleight of Hand and Steady Aim give you the best advantages out of the other tier 2 slots. I think sleight of hand is a better advantage, but it all depends on how you play I guess. No doubt the other perks can hardly compete with them though.
