Has there been an announcement for a date for the multiplayer reveal or trailer?
Not yet. We will see on by September or August.
Was that confirmed? I know someone asked 402 on twitter about it and he said he'd like it to be there.
Yes, it has been confirmed.

Thanks for the link, that's very cool of them to add that in. And they keep updating the MW3 playlist on their youtube so I'm hoping for August for at least a Survival/Spec Ops trailer...I always did like the spec ops mission Sniper Fi and I thought it would've been great to have a mode like that.- Report Abuse

Treyarch makes better Call of Duty games that IW. Hands down. Their maps have dynamic things to them. Rocket taking off, elevators, zip lines, etc. Treyarch deserves more attention.
Many would disagree with that, including me. But each to their own. I like the overall feel, action, physics, guns, graphics, etc. waaay better on IW titles, mainly speaking both Modern Warfares. They're maps may be a bit more dynamic but that matters little to me with other much more appealing features. Oh and I can guarentee you the reason BO outsold MW2 (I know you didn't say that) was because it was MW2's predecessor. Half the kiddies who ran out with their mommy's so they could buy the game was because it had the title "Call Of Duty" infront of it.
No disrespect though, to each their own. Just my opinion.
So you play games for graphics you're telling me.. I don't like people like you then.
Also, whoever said that statement on the color blind friendly mode... Is this legit because I get wicked mad all the time in Black Ops for my colored blindness.- Report Abuse

Did you even bother to read my whole comment? That was one of many things I mentioned. I don't play games strictly because of graphics. Oh and that's fine, you don't have to like me just because my comment doesn't agree with what you said.- Report Abuse

Disagree majorly on the "feel" and the "action" - the animations in BO are terrifyingly gorgeous, I was genuinely a little bit shocked when I saw my first kill. Stuff like that (and the other guff in the background that Heineken mentions) really draws you into the game.
Add to that the fact that IMHO the map design in BO (and the MW2 DLC maps that Treyach had a hand in) has really come on leaps and bounds since COD4 (see the rest of the MW2 DLC). I really hope that IW&co come out with something a bit special for MW3 but it will be tough. Niggles aside, BO set the bar pretty high.

I'll second that, as well as variable zoom (if the maps can allow for it).- Report Abuse

Currently Being ModeratedRe: Official: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 DiscussionMy friend works at gamestop and he gets paid to play game. I asked about MW3 multiplayer, and he told me there will be vehicles.
Black Hawks and Jeeps.
Black Hawks - You need two people, one to drive and the other to shoot.
Jeeps - These I find interesting because he told me that you can do drive bys, but you have to actually drive past them you cant do like mw2 campaign were you could 360 around and shoot. It is also customizable. Different things are able to be attached, like rockets and i like MGs. What he told me most specifically was about heat seeking Missles. They are slow, but they are ******* as they will keep following you.
Guns + Perks:
Dont remember if the perks have been confirmed, but my friend tells me there will be a perk that lets you dual wield ANY gun. Not sure if this is true, but if it is it wil be seriously overpowered if executted poorly.
Rail Gun - This gun will shoot rapid 2 shot bursts, but I dont remember him telling me about the mag or strength of the bullets.
Disclaimer: I'm not sure if my friend was lying, but hes a respectable guy. This is what he said, feel free to post about what you think and please dont ***** if you disagree.- Report Abuse
