Check out World at War custom zombie maps.
mod tools are diffrent and they are on every call of duty on PC
pc games are the easiest to mod. i mean half of the elder scrolls oblivion was fan created. they brought in flying dragon mounts, insane weapons, even porn type characters that looked very realistic. That's why there is no leaderboards for online players, cause it's very easy to change the scripts (hack) cheat, glitch, bug, edit stats, etc.
Theres already been a "difficulty adjustment" discussed on several other threads. they've said exactly what you have.
things like
"be able to adjust damage, points given, points it costs to do things, speed, duration of stuff, etc"
as much as right_direct sounded like a troll. he's completely right. use the search button.
in reality i'd like to see something like halo forge, where players can create there own maps. would eliminate leaderboards since players could make easy hold points, but still. i'd be nice to try a new map every day. rather then every few months per 4ish, then several months or a few years between games.
me and my mate hacked COD WAW zombies on PC and made a halo forge like thing and we got all the doors on the map and made a snipa platform on der rise it was ownage till i fell of on rounds 42 in too hundreds of angy zombies

tho i've never done it, i'd assume hacking/modding would make the game boring wayyyyy faster. the whole point of zombies is a challenge. sounds like u guys were shooting fish in a barrel. i remember back in waw der riese i joined a random match that was modded as ****. everyone was flying, first round we all started with pap'd pistols (aka nade launcher pistols), unlimited ammo, not even having to reload clips, evereyone was in the air hovering and nadetillery'n the zombies below. i left by round 4 it was so pathetic and boring.
