I've never had any trouble finding someone when i would use it. Save it for the guy in the back of the map snipping or use it after some uses a Blackbird or spy plane. It's a 3 kill-killstreak, no need to pump up its ability. I've seen ppl pull a 3-4 person kill with one alone. I believe its just fine how it is
