black ops shuts down playstaion

For the last 2 weeks i have been unable to connect to black ops when i load the disk in to my playstaion it shut down my console and i have to hard reset.
All my other games are working online fine.
i have been playing fine just presteged and all seemed well WRONG!
I use a wireless connection and the connection is ok. i have clear cache and memory and am now stuck to why this is happening.
need help so does my clan,,

Black Ops hasn't shut down anything.

Some thing similar happened to me last week when I was trying to update Gran Turismo 5. Anyway, I did the following and it fixed the issue for me.
1. Turn off the PS3 and unplug the power cord.
2. Power cycle your router by unplugging the power cord for 20 seconds and then plug it back in
3. Plug in the PS3 and turn it on
4. Log back in to PSN and have fun

ive tried that and restarting my router and modem but it will kick me out and i wont be able to get back online for hours i go to network settings it has internet and everything but it fails once it gets to playstation network

1. Try connecting your PS3 directly to your modem.

or

2. If your PS3 is connected to your router via ethernet, try connecting it to a different port.

Since I purchased Black Ops II my PS3 (Fat) turns off the PS3 and have to hard reset every time. This happens when playing the Campain, Zombies and during multiplayer. I am only able to play 5-20 minutes before this happens. Updates have not been successful in solving this issue. This has not happend with any other game. PSN: Alpha_Crash.
